Individual Sessions
What would it take for you to feel less stressed all of the time and show up at work and home feeling calm and aligned to your fullest potential? These sessions give you a safe place to discover what is unique about you. The characteristics and strengths that make you who you are. Some of these are quite obvious, the “knowns” while some patterns are hidden, the “unknowns”. We’ll work together to identify and let go of what no longer serves you while exploring all of your possibilities so that you are bringing your best self and work into the world. An individual session is 1-1/2 to 2 hours and we can work in person or virtually. Package sessions are available to accommodate your schedule and it all starts with a 20 minute conversation to get clear on how I can help you.

Managing Stress 101 – Calming Your Nervous System by Using Your Head
I’ve never met a person who didn’t experience some level of stress at some point in their life. Most of the stress we carry is housed in our head, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. And of that stress, most is carried in our eyes. Science has proven the detrimental effects that stress carries for us physically, mentally, and emotionally. And the truth is you have everything you need within you to significantly reduce the stress you feel in your body. This workshop teaches participants simple techniques that calm your central nervous system creating a relaxed and comfortable way of moving through the world. You’ll find that you are able to stay centered and have laser focus no matter what is going on around you. A guided imagery session anchors in the lessons learned in this class.
This group class is approximately 75 minutes with up to 10 participants in each class. In person or via webinar.
Discovering Your Values-In-Action
Have you ever noticed how certain people or situations make you feel less like your true self? I’d venture to say that the reason is due to those same people or situations being out of alignment with your values. When you meet someone who is in the opposite or absence of your values it creates conflict within yourself and your relationships. Work teams find this information vital for overcoming interpersonal conflicts and creating a cohesive unit.
Based on research at the University of Pennsylvania, we know that there are 24 character strengths or core values innate to human beings. These values show up in your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Studies indicate that knowing your Values-In-Action (VIA) goes a long way to creating a safe and productive connection within and between yourself and others. Involves a pre-class assessment.

Strengths Finder 2.0
What if you could do what you do best every day? Well you can. Knowing and understanding your unique talents enables you to show up and work with ease. And these unique talents…research indicates that you were expressing these “strength themes” from around the age of 3. Most people focus on correcting their weaknesses and what you focus on grows. In Strengths Finder 2.0 you’ll discover the strengths and talents that you’ve been expressing most of your life. You’ll also learn what happens when you encounter someone in the absence of your strengths and what you can do to ensure that you stay in your excellence. When you bring the certainty of remaining in your strengths in all that you do, no matter what is going on around you, you’ll find yourself working from a high level of potential and effectiveness. Requires a pre-class assessment.
